If you look at the EchoServer config panel, it's the "server name".

c:\vncviewer.exe /echoserver yourEchoServer:1328 /echouser 
myEchoServerUsername /echopass myEchoServerPassword /e 
someComputerRunningEchoVNC

If the Echoserver is running on port 1328 (which is the default port), 
you could use "yourEchoServer" instead of "yourEchoServer:1328"
