Setup: ** Me - Vista Ultimate SP1, EchoVNC Viewer 2.35
** My friend - Mac OS 10.5, Echo-enabled Vine server (the latest version available as of this writing, January 11, 2009) First, if I set up Vine with no password, I can connect without hassle. If I set Vine to use a password and try to connect from EchoVNC, authentication fails every time. I know the passwords are correct. I looked at the Mac keyboard while typing the Vine server password, and am looking at my keyboard when I type the password into the EchoVNC viewer. Also in Vine, when I click "Add..." to add an EchoServer, Vine quits unexpectedly. No error messages, nothing. Help?
