Gary: Heya. It's not an installation problem, it's a compatibility problem. Fortunately, EchoVNC can "offload" it's actual VNC sessions to other VNC programs that are Win2k8 compliant (e.g., RealVNC). When setup this way, EchoVNC just helps make the connection. Once it's made, the other VNC application handles the actual remote session.
