Eeek, 4 monitors though. :)

        Whenever EchoVNC gives a VNC-ish problem, my suggestion is always to  
combine
EchoVNC with a more modern VNC Viewer and Server combination. That is,  
EchoVNC
consists of two pieces: one to make the connection, the second to  
handle the VNC session
that's created. That second part can be "handed off" easily to another  
VNC program; it's
an option in both the EchoVNC Viewer and EchoVNC Server.

        With this workaround, you get all the benefits of making easy  
connections with
EchoVNC, and all of the benefits of state-of-the-art VNC support with  
other platforms
(e.g., RealVNC, TightVNC, or UltraVNC).
