        Sorry you're annoyed! My first suggestion is to stop using the  
software and try something else.

        My second suggestion is to login to "demo.echovnc.com" instead of  
"demo.echoserver.com" (which I don't operate) and use the login  
password "demo2009". There are no "accounts" on that machine, and so  
you can't create one. Just login to the 2009 group from both the  
Viewer and Server side, then create a connection between the two.

        Finally, if you're going to use this email list for support, please  
try to be nice (even if you're frustrated). You're much more likely to  
get help that way.
