Hello! So the last beta is now up:

ftp://ftp.echogent.com/EchoVNC/windows/beta/

        This final (hopefully!) version combines the "install" and "start"  
functionality when you install/start the service. Also, it allows for  
echoServer passwords longer than 8 characters.
