        We specifically chose to keep the echoware DLL file separate from the  
binaries that use it, so that we can update one without updating the  
other. The "trick" that InstantVNC uses is to (1) create a temp folder  
(2) self-extract the .exe and the .dll into that temp folder, then (3)  
shell-execute the .exe, which then loadLib's the .dll.

        Since both echoWare and InstantVNC are open-source, I'm sure they  
could be integrated into a single"flat" .exe, I just never had a  
reason to do so.
