I've just installed the rpm 0.6-1 on my RH 7.3 and i use it to send this mail
:-) I have a few questions concerning this new release ( i was using the 0.5
before ).

How do we know which one is the best to use ? ( i use the first one )
> - new config tool eciconftxt.sh (for console/terminal), driver
> - .rpm and .deb packages will be available ASAP.
I didn't read carefully the doc but it seems that there is something that
hasn't the correct default value in the scripts : the variable CONF_DIR as a
value beginning with /var/tmp/... I had some problems configuring the driver
and i had to create a symlink from /var/tmp/eciadsl-usermode-0.6-1 to / and
then run the script to get the whole thing working. Am i missing something ?
