Hi,

I've been having a bit of trouble with my D-Link DSL-200 and the ECIADSL driver (0.8) since I upgraded my Linux box to RedHat 8.0, using their stock 2.4.20-20.8 kernel.  When playing an online game, anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes I get this message in the syslog

kernel: usb: raced timeout, pipe 0xc0010400 status 0 time left 0

And from then on, a slow degrade in network performance until I'm forced to kill pppd and restart.  Restarting the connection shows no effect from this error until I start playing the game again.

For the last year or so, I've been using the driver without any major problems, and up until I upgraded, had been using a custom build 2.4.19 kernel and the latest ECIADSL drivers.

Any help with a solution would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Martyn McDonnell
