Hi,

first of all: thanks for your work guys, dunno what I'd've made
without all this :)

we are trying to get a Siemens Santis 10 usb adsl modem to work under
a debian woody running on a quite old mobo (c) low

(http://eciadsl.flashtux.org/modems.php?lang=en&modem=54)

probe_device.sh tells us:

your USB devices now:
1: USB UHCI Root Hub (0000:0000)
2:  USB-ADSL Modem / GlobeSpan Inc. (0681:0019)

probed USB device: USB-ADSL Modem
VID1=0681, PID1=0019
VID2=0681, PID2=0019

a little info:

as you can see we tried to use the usb-uhci module, we were advised
to try the uhci module as well, output from this follows.

we tried kernel 2.4.22 as well, with the same result, just saw a lot of
USB fix in the -23-pre9 kernel changelog, thought it could help.

what kind of information do you need more, to get this running?

Don't worry. Everything is getting nicely out of control.
