Hi, I just thought I'd let you know that the Westell Wirespeed 2100 benefits from eciadsl even though it doesn't have a GlobeSpan chipset. Loading the rndis_host module by itself doesn't do anything but having it loaded by eciadsl-synch results in an eth3 device that is available for standard dhcp or pppoe (depending on provider). I don't know if there is another way of achieving the same result that doesn't involve eciadsl but this works for now.
The dsl modem in question is a Westell WireSpeed A90-210010-04 DSL Router (Dual Connect) which can be a router or bridge using Ethernet or USB (or both, IIRC). I opened it up and it looks like a TI AU5 chipset. It has the following chips: TI CF74I553GGW E 27A917AW TI TNETTD5100GHK E13 28AHDYW TI 25AXFCT TNETD5014A Altima 0234TT AC 101-QF CG798401B7 ISSI ISQLVC56-CT ST M29W1600B 90N5 SB58Z Q237 48LCZM3202 Regards, Daniel =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- EciAdsl Linux driver: http://eciadsl.flashtux.org EciAdsl ML archives: http://liste.eci.free.fr To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
