The e4 web demo that we showed at the EclipseCon BOF was broken in 3.4 due
to changes in dependent project (e.g. jetty). Boris fixed it (thanks!).
However, to run it in Firefox 2 you need to go to about:config and change
network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server
from 2 to 4. This change may not be required on Firefox 3 (TBD).
