Another great discussion. I still thing we need to bring things down to
reality and start coming up with actions. To that affect, I recorded two
for everyone:
1) Please code up your ideas and create bugs and attach patches so we
can see and discuss and hopefully apply them.
2) Let's bring the discussion on the list up to the IResource level to
make sure we think through both the file system and resource layers to
ensure they fit together.
