If you type in the first letter of the Midlet class name, does it select 
your class in the box below?

The error you are talking about is not due to the fact that your midlet 
class is not part of the JAD, it is because the same version of the 
JAD/JAR is being installed again to the phone.  You can tell EclipseME 
to automatically increment the version number each time it is packaged 
using the preferences: http://eclipseme.org/docs/refPrefJ2ME.html#packaging
