You can attach Javadoc following the information in the documentation 
(here http://eclipseme.org/docs/advJavadoc.html).  You likely only need 
to try to attach Javadoc to the cldc and midp jar files and not all of 
the jar files.  (at least to start).  With my particular installation of 
WTK 2.5, I would specify C:\software\toolkits\WTK25\docs\api\midp as the 
attachment path, since I've installed WTK 2.5 into c:\software\toolkits.
