With all due respect, RTFM, particularly the installation instructions.  You 
need to obtain and install a wireless toolkit, such as Sun's, and then 
configure into EclipseME.  Once that's done, you will be able to emulate a 
phone on your computer using the tookit's emulator.

I´m trying to code a new J2ME project on Eclipse but this is the problem I have:
"There are no devices defined. Please use device management to create some 
devices".

Is it possible to simulate a device on Eclipse by software to work and run a 
j2me project? 
I´m using WinXP and Eclipse 3.2.1
