Right now I have three projects that all share the same /src directory
(using Linked Source directories), but they use different preprocessor
settings. Two of these projects work, but one of them seems to be ignoring
the preprocessor. I've tried everything I can think of (recreating the
project from scratch, trying different settings so it's the same as the
other projects, manually deleting the hidden projects in the workspace, etc)
and nothing will get it to work.

I've looked at the contents of the hidden preprocessed project and the .java
file in there has the right stuff commented out as if the preprocessor was
working, but the project still lists all the errors as if the preprocessor
hadn't been run.

If I double click on one of the errors in the Problems pane, it doesn't take
me to the preprocessed file, but instead to the project's file. As such, it
appears that whatever hackery is in place to get the error reporting to
trigger off the hidden project instead of the real project is broken.

I can't send you my projects (NDA issues) but if there's something else I
can do to help get this diagnosed and repaired, please let me know!
