This problem did not appear in a previous version of ME (with the same folders), which is why I am thinking that it may be a configuration of proguard as suggested by Kevin. Here too, I am using the same proguard 3.7, and the same configuration (just setting the proguard root folder name). Thanks for any further suggestions.
