This toolkit should work.  Please take a look at 
http://eclipseme.org/docs/troubleshooting.html to see if you can find 
any further information on what is going.   Also,  use the instructions 
in 
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=30492219&forum_id=36412 
to enable debug logging of the toolkit discovery process.
