EclipseME on linux runs similar to the windows version, with some
exceptions. As far as I know there are not differences except
path-configuration. I am currently working on a project, which I compile
on linux and windows with different Toolkits (Sun on linux, Nokia and
SonyEricsson on Windows).

The WTK2.0 seems to been a very old version. I am using WTK version 2.2
on my linux machine with eclipseME 1.6.6, without problems.

Perhaps you can describe, which problems you encounter and which
versions of software you are using (Linux Distri, eclipse, eclipseme,
java SDK).

Regards,
Markus
