What Craig ment: take the config-File that eclipseme generates and use that as a command-line-param to proguard.
e.g.: java -jar c:\Java\proguard3.6\lib\proguardgui.jar Then you can use "Load configuration" in the lower right corner and use the .cfg-file in the directory "deployed".
