You have to put the JAR on the phone. If you have an
Applicationinstaller shipped with your phone, than use it to install the
JAR. Otherwise you may copy the file via Bluetooth on the phone. Most
phones have a "Obex Object Push" capability, then you receive a Message
on the phone with the JAR appendet. That can be installed.

Or you can supply it over-the-air, which means you will have to put the
JAR and JAD on a webserver and access the JAR from the phone.

If you want to use less space, then try an obfuscator like ProGuard. Its
simple to install and reduces the amount of space a lot (if you have
more code than ressources).
