Andrew, I've started working on a bug fix release (on a new branch in SVN since there are a lot of changes on the SVN trunk that aren't complete at this point). I'm working on this particular bug first. I have to admit that I'm seeing some very odd behavior from the underlying Java runtime and I'm beginning to wonder if there is a bug in there. The API that is being called should work fine when calling applications with spaces in the path. The result of this may be that there is no fix...
