If you run the emulator from the command-line without any arguments, it 
will spit out the known arguments.  Most of them are also documented in 
the UEI specification.  In this particular case, the output says:

-Xheapsize:<size>  (e.g. 65536 or 128k or 1M)
                   specifies the VM heapsize
                   (overrides default value)
