Everyone,

I've made a first, basic pass through the developer documentation to 
update it and make it at least a bit easier to check out, develop, test 
and patch EclipseME.  Please see http://eclipseme.org/docs/developer/ 
for more information.  I have not traversed any deeper into the 
developer documentation concerning the underlying code structure or 
API's at this time.  I will try to find time for that if there are 
people that believe they might actually be interested in digging further 
into the code.  The use of the Eclipse project set file is no longer the 
supported approach to checking out and developing EclipseME and it will 
not be kept in the future.

Please let me know if you find anything specific wrong with the 
top-level developer page.
