I've updated the test version yet again at http://eclipseme.org/testversions The functionality is available as both an archived update site and a standard update site from that location.
This new version fixes a number of bugs with the new deployed jar builder. It also adds initial support for the ME4SE emulator (http://www.me4se.org) and Microemulator (http://www.microemu.org). As usual, I need as much feedback as possible on the new functionality so that I can get it stabilized before releasing to the general public.
