Hi there,

I'm not sure I did everything right - but I'm getting the following
exception while starting up eclipse:

org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Bundle "eclipseme.core.hooks"
version "1.6.5" has already been installed from
[EMAIL PROTECTED]/eclipseme.core.hooks_1.6.5.jar

I must admit I do find the installation instructions somewhat confusing.
It is said that the relevant jar should be installed where
org.eclipseme.org_version.jar is installed. But I cannot find
org.eclipseme.org_version.jar at all. Only org.eclipseme.osgi (maybe
that is because I'm using Eclipse 3.3). It would probably be more
helpful to know which directory eclipseme.core.hooks_1.6.5.jar should go
to (probably plugins, right?). I've installed EclipseME 1.7.5 directly
in a fresh Eclipse 3.3 installation (no special folders).

I'm not sure if preprocessing now works or not... from what I've read,
it seems that syntax highlight etc. still doesn't really work with
preprocessing due to limitations in Eclipse - what I do know is that I'm
getting a lot of errors highlighted that should not be highlighted if
preprocessing was working correctly (constructs inheriting from
different classes depending on the directives, or defining variables
with different types).

Can you guys shed any light on this?

For now, I guess I'll try going back to SJPP even though I would
definitely prefer using the built in preprocessor support of EclipseME.
SJPP however, has the major advantage that it "almost" works smoothly
concerning syntax highlighting by commenting out the relevant parts on
the file loading level (SJPP works on the file loading level and
therefore doesn't mess with the actual source files). Only disadvantage
is that files must be reloaded when directives are changed...

Kind regards,
Jashan
