Anyways, just said I am using 3.3 and was wondering if Craig wasn't also
using 3.3... so, I've got my answer ;-)

Ok, I think that does it for me, too. I now have the relevant Launch
Configurations in my Run / Debug History so I can select which emulator
I wish to work on, and can then easily start the last (or "current") one
with F11 / Ctrl-F11. Selecting "Always launch the previously launched
application" in Preferences / Run/Debug / Lauching / Launch Operation
does the trick for me.
Even though I think it makes sense to change that in EclipseME when
there's time, as it can be quite confusing when one is using Eclipse 3.3
and desparately looking for the "Emulator configuration type" which
simply is not there...
