I actually found the problem. What happened was that when the scanning
reached emulator.exe in the WTK folder it simple got stuck. I solved this
by, in task manager, killing emulator.exe a few times and then I got my
devices. Very strange, but it works!

You can also turn on UEI logging 
(http://eclipseme.org/docs/troubleshooting.html#uei) and command-line 
logging (http://eclipseme.org/docs/troubleshooting.html#x4) to get a 
better idea of what is going on.
