I'm not sure,
but I can tell you from my experience that the Nokia SDK's in general have
very specific jdk version requirement and they will
a lot of times fail to start if you start them when your environment points
to a different jdk version,
the specifics of how to setup your environment to point to correct jdk's is
beyond my knowledge and experience to explain,
on my machine I sometimes play with the path to make such stuff work,
