Hi Craig,

the error, that the project does NOT throw an error-message if the
JAD-File for the project is missing, does still persist!

Background: i refactor->renamed my JAD, and expected that the project
from now on would use that JAD. But it does not, the output-JAD in
deployed is empty. An error would help people to avoid strange errors.

I renamed the JAD in file ".eclipseme" and startet eclipse again - that
works.
