Stefano, I'm not sure why it might not like your application. The key is the "--- Failed to install application." statement. You might try starting up the Motorola SDK from their launch pad and trying to run your JAD file from there to see what it doesn't like. Please also make sure that you have your MIDlet listed in the JAD file at the root of your project.
