I finally took a few minutes to attempt to recreate the problem people are seeing during builds that complain about deletion of the JAR file and illegal manifest entry. I recreated it *once* and then I could not recreate it again no matter how hard I tried. It looks like it might be timing related, but I can't see how that would happen. Can anyone offer up specific recreate scenarios that always work? I really need something that I can use to recreate the problem consistently so that I can get it fixed for everyone.
