Hello Sergei, that means, you already HAVE a JAD in your project? If so, then if you double-click that, the JAD-Editor should be started.
if you do not have a JAD, then you should run the application wizard an add a Midlet to your project. This creates the base structure of the Midlet and generates a JAD.
