Hello Sergei, probably Motorola did remove support for CVS and/or SVN from eclipse?
Subversion DOES work, you need to install a Plugin: "Subclipse is an Eclipse team provider for the Subversion version control system. Visit http://subclipse.tigris.org/" Thats the one I use.
