ECL via the NDK would be a very nice thing indeed.

In case you haven't explored them, sorry if you did, other alternatives
would be using ABCL or Clojure via JVM->Dalvik but that's definitely
not native.

Perhaps that the ECL interpreter might then be very useful, albeit
slower.
