I am using a fresh Cygwin (just installed) on a 64 bit Windows.  I
usually do not use Windows, so I do not even know what version it is -
how could I find out?  I think it's Windows 7.

This worked - I can start ecl and do (+ 1 1). except that fricas'
configure doesn't like it:
