Hi,
When configuring and building ECL on a Mac with the option '--with-cxx',
C++ code can be directly embedded in LISP via ffi:clines and ffi:c-inline;
under Windows, however, I couldn't find a similar build option.
How can I build ECL on Windows in a way which allows to embed C++ code as
well?
