GMP page poits to gmp-5.1.2. After download I see in the README: GNU MP is free software and may be freely copied on the terms contained in the files COPYING.LIB and COPYING (most of GNU MP is under the former, some under the latter). Checking separate files I see that demos, tests and parts of build machinery use GPL, the actual library seem to use LGPL. I admit that for me such mixture does not look nice, but when comes to actual use it seem to have no real impact on ECL.
