Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
The search is done using exact matching substring against login name, first
name and last name.
At the moment NXDirectory does not support case-insensitive queries - that will
be accomplised by NXQuery support sometime.
If really needed, case-insensitive search could be accomplished manually,
obtaining all entries and iterating over them.
