I think that this is related to/caused by http://jira.nuxeo.org/browse/NXP-513

I managed to reproduce this, but only after provoking an error as described in NXP-513.
The cause for this error was that in LazyBlob.java.getStream() line 96, it was failing to obtain the session.
This should not happen now that NXP-513 is fixed.
