Add a title to a user's directory card

The following issue has been closed.

Project: Nuxeo Enterprise Platform 5
Fix Versions: 5.0 Final

 Description   
The users' cards do not have a title. So, if the First name and Last name fields are not filled, there is no indication of which card is displayed.
As the login cannot be modified, it could be displayed as the card's title.
