I don't think It has anythong to do with the workflow itself. Should be a rule regarding versioning somewhere that doesn't take into account the "review" life cycle. Dragos, regarding which rules is it supposted ti be displayed or not ?

If it is normal, then the title "Document versioning" shouldn't be displayed as well or there should be an indication that the current version is being reviewed.
