Project: Nuxeo Enterprise Platform 5 Components: Web Foundations Fix Versions: 5.1 M1  Description    The current state of having to select a server and a domain before being able to start use the application is a pain. The login module should be refactored to make it possible to plug post-login rules such as: - select the server if the list of servers has only one of them (wich is the case by default) - select the domain if the list of domains has only one of them (which will be the case in most cases) - redirect the user to a "after_login" page flow target that could be the dashboard by default. This is a bit tricky to do cause it involves quite a bit of Seam component initialization dependencies esp, with regards to the documentManager and the userManager.
