The configuration of a graph need info that is already defined in the data source configuration and both conf seems to disagree on were to actually put the data.
For instance start nuxeo5 from you home directory:
~ $ /opt/jboss/run.sh
You will end up with tout hypersonic folders for the relations: the first one as expected in:
/opt/jboss/server/default/data/hypersonic/nxrelations-default-*
and the second one in:
~/server/default/data/hypersonic/nxrelations-default-*
The relation graph seems actually stored in the later.
