Forced the save after publishing

I got a cache problem with the follwing situation :
- User A is connected with FF, User B is connected with IE 6 at the same time.
- User A publishes a document in a section. When he consults the sections, he can see the published document.
- User B consults the section and doesn't see the document.
- I reload both pages several times, and finally User B sees the published document.
