Salut Julien.
This has something to do with that ticket in which you asked me to open a system session to make the publish if the user had no rights.
I did just that and I told you there is still something wrong with it and I asked you to take a look.
Unfortunately I forgot the number of that issue and I didn't find it.

When I try to publish a document with a user that has management rights in the workspace and reading rights in the section, I get an exception. Then, I log out and log in again to check the section : the document has been published in spite of the exception.
