 Description   
The current cache listener implementation does not invalidate the treeManager state on creation of new folders or moving of existing folders of the tree.

Only the removal of a node is currently handled by the listener.

The DOCUMENT_CHILDREN_CHANGED seam event is currently used as a temporary workaround but this is not working for FileManager created folder for instance.
