The following issue has been started. |

use the forum inside Campus to extract a simple Forum separated web component.
- based on a comment component
- reuse existing Forum/Thread content type
- add a new Post content type to add the ability to attache a file
- add a simple moderation system
- Thread has now a moderate property (true/false) and a list of moderators
- post a created with a moderators only ACL if the Thread is moderated
