Bogdan worked on the UI for editing vocabularies.

 Description   
When you create an entry for a vocabulary with a "parent" column, for instance for countries, there's no way to specify the parent.
And afterwards when the entry has been created through the UI (presumably with a null parent), there's no way to edit the parent.
